For the first time in seven years, we are updating our pricing.
These changes reflect inflation and the many improvements we’ve made to Seats.io.
Keeping Up with Inflation: Our pricing has remained unchanged since September 2018. In that time, producer price inflation in the Eurozone has increased by more than 40%, and consumer price inflation by more than 20%. In real terms, our pricing today is almost half of what it was seven years ago.
Significant Feature Expansion: Over the years, we’ve introduced powerful new features to enhance your ticketing experience, including seasons, channels, multifloor support, spotlight mode, flexible areas, panoramic seat views, variable occupancy, support for race tracks, improved drawing tools, and the new floor plan scanner.
Infrastructure Investments: We’ve made major upgrades to our infrastructure, with global server distribution, performance enhancements, and high availability. These investments ensure a fast, reliable, and seamless experience for both event organizers and ticket buyers.
This new pricing will take effect on July 1st, 2025.

If you are on a Yearly Silver plan, then the current 2024 prices will continue to apply until your annual renewal.
If the renewal falls before 1 July 2025, or you move to a Yearly Gold before 1 July 2025, then current 2024 prices for Yearly Silver will continue to apply until the next renewal.
If the renewal falls after 30 June 2025, then the new 2025 prices will apply.
However, if you decide to move to Enterprise pricing (Diamond or above) before 1 July 2025, then the current 2024 prices will continue to apply to your new Enterprise pricing plan, as long as you choose to stay in it.
If you move to a new pricing plan after 1 July 2025, only new prices will apply.
If you are on a Yearly Gold plan, then the current 2024 prices will continue to apply until your annual renewal.
If the renewal falls before 1 July 2025, then current 2024 prices for Yearly Gold will continue to apply until the next renewal.
If the renewal falls after 30 June 2025, then the new 2025 prices will apply.
However, if you decide to move to Enterprise pricing (Diamond or above) before 1 July 2025, then the current 2024 prices will continue to apply to your new Enterprise pricing plan, as long as you choose to stay in it.
If you move to a new pricing plan after 1 July 2025, only new prices will apply.
If you are on a Monthly Gold plan, then you have two options :
If you move to a new pricing plan after 1 July 2025, only new prices will apply.
If you are on Yearly Gold or Yearly Silver, overuse will always be billed at the old rate until your renewal.
If, for example, your yearly gold renewal is on February 1, 2026, you will be billed at the old rate of € 0.10 for additional used seats until that date. After that, the new rate of 0.12 € applies.
If you are on an Enterprise plan (Diamond and above), nothing changes as long as you stay in your plan.
The new prices do not apply to you, and you can stay in your current pricing plan as long as you want.
If you move to a new pricing plan after 1 July 2025, you can only change to new prices.
Yes! Simply change your pricing plan before July 1, 2025.
If you change your pricing plan before July 1, 2025 to a yearly silver or yearly gold plan, you can lock in the current pricing for the next 12 months.
If you change to an enterprise plan (Diamond or above), you get to keep the old pricing as long as you stay in your new enterprise plan. The new prices won’t apply until you decide to change it again.
